We built the platform we could not find
Railcar repair operations have their own realities: repair status questions, technician scheduling, customer coordination, special process qualifications, documentation requirements, billing follow-through, and field work that does not fit cleanly into generic systems. ORS was created to give repair teams a more practical way to manage those moving parts in one place.
